How can I allowlist PocketQuery Cloud to access my firewall-protected databases?
PocketQuery uses dedicated outbound IP addresses to connect to external databases. If your database is protected by a firewall, you need to allow incoming traffic from the IP address that matches your data residency region.

How do I know which region I am using?
Your PocketQuery data residency is based on your Atlassian Cloud region. You can check this in your Atlassian admin settings.

Only allowlist the IP address for your region
If your instance is moved to another region, you may need to update your firewall rules
