How to edit a Confluence page when the create button is hidden through HideElements

If the create button is hidden through HideElements, there are two options you can still edit the page:

• Use the keyboard shortcut "e" to open the page editor
  You can still edit your page by using the "e" shortcut. Simply open your page in view mode and press "e" on your keyboard.

• Temporarily disable HideElements via a URL parameter
