PocketQuery 2023-10-23

Introducing Converter metadata containing query name and parameters for use in Converters.

Converters can now optionally receive a second argument for metadata. For details, see documentation on Converters.

Bugfix: groups in the global PocketQuery permission configuration were not paginated in the past, so on instances on many groups not all groups were shown.
Platform: update multiple endpoints to Confluence REST API v2
