I selected 8:00 AM in the Task Reminder settings but my email arrived at 8:15 AM. Why was the email late?

Task Reminder has to serve many different Confluence Cloud instances at once. If there are many emails going out, it can happen that some users will receive their email up several minutes late. If you want to make sure that you always receive your Task Reminder email in time, please choose one hour earlier in the Task Reminder settings.

If you continuously receive emails that are more than 15 minutes late, please let us know by raising a ticket at our Service Desk.
