The Task Reminder page now opens on My Tasks: filter, sort and complete your open tasks, with Undo.

Manager overview

Compatibility notes

App update approval: this update adds a connection for pseudonymised usage statistics (PostHog EU) and removes the legacy permissions, so a site administrator has to approve it once. It adds no new permission scope, and users do not have to allow access before they receive reminders. Until then the site keeps the previous version.

License: with an expired license or an expired trial, Task Reminder pages show a license notice and no reminders are sent until the license is active again.

Sending process: all sites now use the per-user sending process. A site that had switched it off before this release is switched on; administrators can still switch it off in the Features tab (formerly Beta features) for one more release.

Slack reminders: Slack link or mention syntax typed into a task, such as <!here>, now appears as plain text instead of a link or notification.
