This release of Task Reminder introduces a completely rebuilt sending process, available as an opt-in beta.

New sending process (beta): Reminders are now prepared individually for every recipient, using that person's own permissions. The biggest benefit: reminder emails finally include tasks on restricted pages you have access to — previously, these tasks could be silently missing from your reminders. The new process is also built to stay fast and reliable for very large teams. Try it out under Global settings → Beta features → New sending process — you can switch back at any time.
