Task Reminder 2026-02-23

This release of Task Reminder introduces a handy new tool for administrators: the Send Test Email button.

New Features

• Send Test Email - You can now send a test reminder email directly from the Email Settings page. This lets you instantly verify that email delivery, your template, and formatting all work correctly - no need to wait for the next scheduled reminder run.

  The test email uses your currently configured template and includes real task data from your own account, so you can see exactly what your team members will receive.

  This is especially useful when setting up Task Reminder for the first time, after changing email templates, or when troubleshooting mail delivery with your IT team.

  To try it out, navigate to Confluence Administration > Task Reminder > Email Settings and click Send Test Email.
