Blog Post Elements

With the different blog post elements, you can customize the appearance of your Homepage Feed and Macro.

Author

The full name of the person who wrote the blog post is displayed as the author.

Date

The date displayed is the day on which the blog post was written.

Excerpt

The excerpt shows an excerpt from the blog post.

Space

The space indicates in which Confluence space the blog post was published.

Avatar

The avatar shows the author's profile picture. It is only displayed if Image Position is set to "Embedded".

Comments Count

The Comments Count shows the number of comments on a blog post. All footer comments are counted, including replies to them. If the number exceeds 100, 99+ is displayed.

Likes Count

The Likes Count shows the number of likes on a blog post. Only thumbs up (👍 ) are counted. If the number exceeds 100, 99+ is displayed.
