Task Reminder 2024-02-26

This release is a bugfix release. The following problems have been addressed:

• Enable non-administrators to opt out of email and Slack in their profile if option is enabled in global settings

• Fix spacing in text on global settings pages

• Rename “Cancel” button in Slack test dialog to “Close”
